RALEIGH, NC – February, 2003 – Scooby-Doo™ is known and loved worldwide. Inkworks now brings Scooby-Doo to trading card collectors with a mystery and monster filled 72-card premium quality set that will be released on February 26, 2003. The base set includes: Monsters, Episode Summaries, Behind the Scenes, Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and the gang as well as interactive mystery-solving cards and lots of trivia.
Scooby-Doo is more popular now than ever. In the U.S. Scooby-Doo airs on two networks, Kids’ WB! And Cartoon Network, covering nearly twenty hours of programming per week and reaching over 33 million viewers weekly. Around the world, Scooby-Doo is shown in fifteen languages and is available in more than 150 million households. Scooby-Doo is a ratings performer with top ten rated programs among younger viewers.
Jinkies! The 72-card base set of trading cards isn’t all that Scooby-Doo fans can get. Inkworks offers a special Hobby-exclusive “Collectors Edition” that gives collectors the chance to find several great levels of specially created, randomly inserted bonus cards including:
SKETCH CARDS – Individually hand-drawn and numbered sketches by nine favorite comic book artists: Dan Fraga, Chynna Clugston-Major, Tone Rodriguez, Christine Norrie, Bill O’Neill, Mario Gully, David Crosland, John

SCOOBY-DOO STICKER CARDS – Nine sticker cards that are fun to play with and fun to collect – one in each pack. (Nine different sticker cards – Appx. odds 1:1 pack).
SCOOBY-DOO SPARKLY CARDS – Six cards featuring groovy foil effects. (Six different cards – Appx. odds 1:7 packs).
PLUS – Four different special BOX LOADER cards and one special CASE LOADER card. (Four different box loader cards – Odds one card per display box. One case loader card – Odds one card per case).
Hobby-exclusive “Collectors Edition” Scooby-Doo Mysteries and Monsters trading card packs contain seven collector cards plus one sticker card and have a suggested retail price of $2.99 each. Display boxes contain 24 packs and cases contain 12 boxes. Inkworks guarantees that each sealed display box will contain at least one complete, defect-free base set and will gladly replace any damaged cards or replace any cards missing from the base set.
A Scooby-Doo Mysteries & Monsters Collector Album, featuring a die-cut top in the shape of Scooby-Doo, has been created to hold these cards and sticker cards. It has a suggested retail price of $19.95.

1) At least one complete base set of
collector cards can be found in each factory-sealed display box.
2) All cards, including any randomly packed bonus cards, will be
found defect-free, or we will replace them while supplies last.
If you are unable to complete one base set from a factory-sealed
display box or you discover any defective cards, please contact
us, so that we can make the necessary corrections.
